Huta Julia is one of the few existing crystal glass producers in Poland. We produce hand-formed and polished products that we distribute to markets around the world and in the country.

Our historic factory is located in the heart of the Karkonosze Mountains, in Piechowice near Szklarska Poręba and is open to visitors. Tourists can closely admire the manual production process of glass masterpieces and participate in workshops where they learn the secrets of glass art.

Huta Julia is a place where history, the beauty of glass masterpieces and the manual production process intertwine! During a guided tour, you will experience this unique performance of crystal making.

The tourist path leads through many departments, including: places where experienced craftsmen blow and form hot glass mass, literally conjuring up crystal products in front of tourists. Going further, you will see many other interesting production stations - from grinding, through applying beautiful decorations, to quality control and intricate packaging of the crystal.

During the entire visit, our guide talks about the history, technology and interesting facts related to the crystal and its production.

We also offer glass workshops adapted to the age of the participants: mini-glassworks, glass painting and glass engraving, where, under the professional supervision of animators, you can safely try out the craft of a glassmaker or decorator with your own hands.

The steelworks is open every day, including weekends and holidays. We serve individual guests and organized groups.
