The most interesting architectural object in Świeradów-Zdrój is the Spa House. It was built in 1899 according to the design of a famous architect named Grosser. The Spa House was built on the foundations of the Spring House, built in 1781, which was destroyed during a fire in 1895.
The facility is divided into two buildings, connected by the longest Walking Hall in Lower Silesia (80 meters). Next to it on the terraces (160 meters) there is the so-called "Artificial Grotto", where there was once a mineral water pump room. This is also where the Main Sudetes Trail begins.
In the basement of the historic Spa House there is the Spa Museum, also known as the Spa Mining Museum. Its opening took place in September 2014 on the occasion of the 260th anniversary of the lining of the first mineral water springs in Świeradów. In the museum basements there are exhibitions showing the history of the spa and the beginnings of the use of local springs.
