Szklarska Poreba-Dolna railway station → Immaculate Heart of the Virgin Mary church → Historic Evangelical cemetery → Izerska Chata → Chybotek → Złoty Widok → DINOPARK → Szklarska Poreba-Medium railway station
The oldest part of Szklarska Poreba is quiet. It still retains much of the charm of an old mountain village, with cottages dewy on the slopes of the Izerskie Mountains. However, even here there are places worth seeing and visiting.
After the walk from the railway station, it is possible to go in two directions: out into the wide world via Jelenia Góra or to Szklarska Poręba-Górna and on to the Czech Republic via Jakuszyce.
There are also places in the vicinity that can be added to the route ( this will increase the walking time):
→ alpaca farm
→ Izerska Chata
→ Orla Skała
→ Wlastimilowka
→ JUNA Muzeum Ziemi
→ NORWEGIAN VALLEY
→ Carl and Gerhart Hauptmann House
Crossing time: ~120 minutes (5.3 km)
Notes
• Entrance to the DINOPARK is charged.
